Organisation chart for single or large companies with multi-company Configuration

  • Each employer can be represented as a business group (known as Company or Entity in PowerApps).
  • Separate Organisation structures for each company - you can setup parallel organisation types for defining the administrative organisation modeled on Divisions, Departments etc (Organisation Hierarchy) and for various operating locations (Organisation Location). Under each organisation structure you can have a hierarchical relationship (e.g., Country under Region, Job Title under Department)

Comprehensive and extendable Global Employee database and Personnel records

  • Comprehensive employee database - can record all the information related to:
    • Personal information - Employees' personal details, Photograph, Address information, Emergency contact details, Previous employment details, Educational qualifications, Languages, Professional memberships, Family members/dependants and next-of-kin details 
    • Organisation information -  Organisation hierarchy, Organisation Location, Reporting relationships, Position details. Full job history can be viewed and reported on with in-built point in time reporting.
    • Contractual information - Contract information including handling of multi-contract employees, compensation, benefits and rewards. Complete contract history and salary history is available online. Contract information includes contract type, part/full time, working pattern, hours per week, T&Cs, etc.
    • Define and maintain custom fields through  Additional employee information, Attach scanned documents and pictures with ability to create new document types. Any type of document including achievements, development needs, file notes, etc can be attached to the HR record. 
    • Compliance information - for example, Borders and Immigration Agency compliance information
    • Employee skills with level and skills acquisition history
    • Each of these information pages can be extended to store additional user-defined fields, e.g., you can add a field for "Significant Achievements" in the Previous Employment history records if you so desire.
